Will VacationCRM work on a Mac?
Yes. Because VacationCRM is web based, it will work on any computer, phone, or tablet.
Is credit card storage for my clients secure?
Yes, VacationCRM is fully PCI Compliant.
Will my sub agents be able to see everything?
No, agency owners can customize how much each user can access.
Can I use VacationCRM to track and process commission payments?
Yes, VacationCRM will keep track of expected agency and agent commission (based on the agent’s commission percentage) and agency admins can enter actual commissions. Users can run a pending or paid agent commission report to see all commissions for the selected dates.
What is the difference between the Lite and the Pro version of VacationCRM?
The Lite version is for single user accounts only. Users on the Lite plan will not have credit card storage, the ability to submit payments directly to suppliers, or the ability to use API forms on their website that integrate with the system.
Is there a contract?
No, we believe that if you are not benefiting from VacationCRM, you should not be stuck in a contract. There are no contracts, setup fees, or cancellation fees.
Can I import my data from another CRM?
We offer a one-time complimentary import of your client profile data. All data being imported needs to be in a single spreadsheet. Spreadsheet template available upon request.

After 30 years in the travel industry and 20 as an agency owner, someone suggested I try VacationCRM when I complained of my paper trail/archaic filing system.
