This Travel Services Agreement is entered into by and between The Travel Adventure Team DBA Hidden Adventures Travel Co "Agency" (called “Us,” “Our,” ”We”) and the undersigned "Client" (called “You”, “Your”). Any individual executing this Travel Services Agreement on behalf of You, claims the authority to bind You and everyone in Your traveling party to the terms of this Travel Services Agreement and the service's terms of use available below (the “Terms”). Capitalized terms are used but not defined in this Travel Services Agreement and have the meaning set forth in the Terms. Terms: All Services provided to You pursuant to this Travel Services Agreement are governed by our Terms and Conditions accessible at: https://www.hiddenadventurestravel.com/terms-and-conditions. You hereby represent that you are signing as the Client or You are an authorized signatory for the client(s). By clicking the submit button and/or signing below, You are executing this Travel Services Agreement and entering into a legally binding contract between Our Agency and You and everyone in your traveling party for travel services and you acknowledge receipt of a copy of our Terms and Conditions. When you agree to pay a “planning fee” or “pay a deposit for travel service” or “make an interim payment for travel services” or “when you make a final payment for travel services”, you accept for yourself and the travelers included in your party costs that have been outlined to you and you attest to your agreement to our Terms and Conditions. If you are charged a planning fee, you acknowledge that planning fees are non-refundable, whether you decide to book travel or not. You agree that all fees based on cancellation policies, change fees, penalties and unused portions of travel vouchers are non-refundable. You also understand these fees are separate from the cost of your trip and the tour operator/cruise line policies. This Travel Services Agreement (“Agreement”) and the Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) at WWW.HIDDENADVENTURESTRAVEL.COM/TERMS-AND-CONDITIONS become effective between The Travel Adventure Team LLC DBA Hidden Adventures Travel Co. (“Agency”) and you (including all travelers on the same booking) (“you” or “Traveler”) upon your signature (electronic or written) until terminated in writing by you or Agency. GENERAL TERMS • Capitalized terms used but not defined in this Agreement have meanings set out in the Terms. • By clicking the submit button or signing below, you agree to pay for all our Services. • Planning fees, cancellation fees, change fees, and unused travel vouchers are NON-REFUNDABLE, whether or not you decide to book travel. • All such fees are separate from the fees for your travel. CREDIT / DEBIT CARD PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION • By submitting your credit or debit card, you authorize Agency (or our agents) to charge such card for Services as of the payment date agreed between us. • You authorize Agency (or our agents) to credit any amounts that have been charged in error. • You are responsible for all amounts, including any associated costs of recovery: o If you close the credit or debit card account you provide to Agency; o If you charge back any fees that were validly charged under this Agreement; o If your credit or debit card expires; or o if you have provided an incorrect account number or have insufficient funds at any time (including declinations of validity charged amounts). • In any such event, you agree Agency is entitled to withhold all Services until you satisfy all payment deficiencies. • Agency has no obligation to refund any amounts previously paid by you as a result of suspension or termination of Services. • You confirm that: o You are authorized to act on behalf of you and all travelers on the same booking. o You are an authorized user of this credit or debit card; and o You will not dispute any payment of fees under this Agreement.
