By submitting, you certify that you are the cardholder and are authorizing the travel agency or its chosen Tour Operator/Supplier/Cruise Line to charge the listed amount to the credit card. You certify that you have verified that all information contained in the confirmation you received is accurate. You also certify you have read the Terms & Conditions and the appropriate Travel Protection Plan details. Cancellation penalties may apply. Insurance is not refundable. I requested that All Inclusive Travel Hut make one or more travel bookings on my behalf. As the worldwide COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic remains ongoing at this time, I acknowledge that for this reason, and other reasons not reasonably foreseeable at this time, these travel plans may be interrupted or canceled by the supplier that is providing them, a government entity or other third party over which Agency has no control. I further acknowledge that the supplier’s own cancellation, rebooking, and refund policies, subject to any applicable law that is now or may later be in effect, will govern my rights and remedies, including my right to receive a refund, in such an event. Moreover, I understand that should I elect to purchase travel insurance, the terms of the policy will dictate whether, and to what extent, coverage for any financial loss may exist under the circumstances. By signing below, I hereby agree to hold Agency harmless and release it from any and all liability for any damages, including but not limited to monetary losses, I may incur as a result of such interruption or cancellation of these travel plans. Various additional fees such as baggage fees, resort fees, and parking fees are additional and not included unless indicated. Various cancellation penalties and payment requirements may apply. Travel Insurance is highly recommended for all travel. All Inclusive Travel Hut is not responsible for flight changes. I understand I must check with the airlines directly 48 hours prior to departure and while I am traveling. All international travel requires a CURRENT passport that is valid for 6 MONTHS AFTER TRAVEL. All NON-U.S. CITIZENS traveling internationally are required to have a valid Permanent Resident Card AS WELL AS a valid passport. A state-issued birth certificate with a government-issued photo ID or Passport "Card" is not acceptable for air travel outside of the United States. The name on your passport MUST MATCH the name on your travel documents exactly or you will NOT be eligible to travel. ** PROPER DOCUMENTATION IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY. FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THE ABOVE REQUIREMENTS COULD RESULT IN YOU BEING INELIGIBLE FOR TRAVEL. ** ALL PASSPORT OR VISA QUESTIONS CAN BE FOUND AT WWW.PASSPORT.GOV
This charge will be manually applied by the agency to your reservation. If there are any issues, an agent will get back to you. Please note that you may not see a charge from the travel agency on your credit card statement; the charge will come from our supplier and/or the airline directly. Payment may take 3-5 business days to fully process and be reflected on your statement.
