Travel Insurance Acknowledgement: Emergencies can happen when you least expect them. Main Street Travel, LLC highly recommends that all clients purchase a travel insurance policy to protect their investment in their vacation. Cruise lines, airlines, hotels, and tour operators all charge high penalties for cancellation, ranging from the full deposit to no refund at all. And, keep in mind is that that most health insurance policies will not cover you when you are out of the country. Travel insurance can protect you in the event of Trip Cancellation, Trip Delay, Trip Interruption, Missed Connection, Baggage Loss, Theft or Damage, Baggage Delay, Emergency Medical and Dental Expenses, and Emergency Medical Transportation, among other unforeseen circumstances. Please also note that in order for you to obtain coverage for certain pre-existing conditions, your policy must be purchased at the time of booking or shortly thereafter (depending on the terms of the policy). Please understand that we are not registered insurance agents, and cannot legally provide specific advice or information regarding insurance. We will gladly secure a quote for you, upon request, and if Main Street Travel, LLC does not, or is not legally able to secure coverage on your behalf, it is our strong recommendation that you purchase a policy on your own. I acknowledge that Main Street Travel, LLC has recommended or offered travel insurance protection to me. Should I choose not to purchase such a policy, I accept all responsibility for declining to secure coverage.
This charge will be manually applied by the agency to your reservation. If there are any issues, an agent will contact you. Please note that you may not see a charge from Main Street Travel, LLC on your credit card statement; the charge will come from the supplier and/or the airline directly. Payment may take 3-5 business days to fully process and be reflected on your statement.
If my payment today is for a Main Street Travel, LLC "Service Fee" payment, I understand this payment is Non-Refundable in the event I choose not to book or cancel my trip.

I understand that my right to a refund in the event of cancellation is governed by the cancellation and refund policy in Main Street Travel LLC’s Terms and Conditions of Booking. I certify that I am an authorized user of this credit card, that I agree to Main Street Travel, LLCs Terms and Conditions of Booking, and that I will not dispute the payment with my credit card company so long as the transaction corresponds to the amount and terms on this invoice.
