You understands that it is your responsibility to have travel insurance to ensure you have coverage for all medical needs and trip cancellation, but understand that concerns or fear of travel is not a covered reason for cancellation relating to the Coronavirus/COVID-19. Client/clients holds Your Magical Vacations harmless for his election to not purchase travel insurance or any denial of claim by travel insurer as it relates to COVID-19 or any other claim under the policy. Vaccination Requirements and Other Rules: We have no responsibility for COVID-19-related requirements that travel suppliers and governments may impose from time to time, such as required vaccinations, health affidavit forms, COVID-19 screenings prior to departure or upon arrival, face coverings, or quarantines.
