TropiGal Travel LLC advises that all clients purchase a travel insurance policy to protect their investment in their travel. Cruise lines, airlines, hotels, and tour operators all charge penalties for cancellation, ranging from deposit only to fully non-refundable. Also, most health insurance policies do not have international coverage. Travel insurance can protect you in the event of Trip Cancellation, Trip Delay, Trip Interruption, Missed Connection, Baggage Loss, Theft or Damage, Baggage Delay, Emergency Medical and Dental Expenses, and Emergency Medical Transportation, among other unforeseen circumstances. Also note that in order for you to obtain coverage for certain pre-existing conditions, or for supplier default, your policy must be purchased at the time of booking or shortly thereafter (depending on the terms of the policy).

By submitting, you certify that you are the cardholder and are authorizing the travel agency or its chosen tour operator/supplier/cruise line/airline to charge the listed amount to the credit card provided. You certify that you have verified that all information contained in the invoice you approved is accurate. This charge will be manually applied by the agency to your reservation. If there are any issues, an agent will get back to you. Please note that you will not see a charge from the travel agency on your credit card statement; the charge will come from our Tour Operator/Supplier/Cruise Line/Airline directly. Payment may take 3-5 business days to fully process and be reflected on your statement.
