AILA Fall 2023 Wellness Conference in beautiful Costa Rica

Let's get started

I aim to answer as many of your questions in advance as possible and this group page will be a useful tool you can refer to again and again as needed.  That being said, I am here to help you with any questions or concerns you may have, so please feel free to reach out to me via email, or feel free to schedule a call with me via phone by clicking HERE.

Please note that although the official conference dates are November 2-5, 2023, these rates are available if you would like to come earlier or stay later, subject to availability. Should you wish to stay additional nights outside of the official conference dates of November 2-5, please allow a few extra days for confirmation from the hotel.

***As you may or may not be aware, travel is back in a huge way, and securing 50 rooms for a conference in a post-covid world has been challenging.  As such, we may not be able to get additional rooms once this room block is sold out.  So, please make sure to book early to ensure you get a room.  Our last four conferences have sold out, and the demand for travel is high!

Rates below indicate the total cost per room for three nights - November 2nd-5th, and include shared transfers to and from the airport.  Single rate means one adult in the room, double rate is for two adults in the room, Triple rate is for three adults in the room.  Children's pricing is per child and is for the entire three nights.

And now, let's move on to where the conference is being held...the gorgeous, Dreams Las Mareas...

What about flights?

I encourage everyone to book their own flights so they can have the schedule and airline of their choosing. Also, in a post Covid world, airlines have become much more flexible in their rescheduling policies and typically don't have change fees if you book directly with them.  The airport to fly into is Daniel Oduber Quiros International Airport (Liberia International Airport) (code: LIR)

How do I get between the airport and resort?

Your round trip transportation costs are included in your total trip price.  As we get closer to your departure, I will be requesting your airline information so I can set up your ground transportation.

What about excursions?

Please see below for some really cool excursions you can do from the resort while in amazing Costa Rica.  As we get closer to your departure date,  I will be sending an email asking if you would like to do any excursions and will provide pricing based on how many people are interested in each activity.

Passports

PRO TIP:  PLEASE check the expiration date on your passports now.  Your passport MUST be valid for 6 months after the date you return to the US, so verify your passport is good through May 2024.  Wait times for new passports and renewals of your passports are extremely long right now due to many people wanting to travel, so please do yourself a favor and take a look now.  If you need to renew or apply for a passport, doing so now will avoid stress later.
