Family Club One Bedroom Suite (Outdoor Jacuzzi)

Our Bedroom Suite with Jacuzzi units have a size of 90 m2 and capacity for up to 4 people. They have a living room area separated from the main room, bathtub.

Bedding: King or 2 Queen beds.

They have an outdoor jacuzzi and views of the pool. 

For ONE person: $906 for 4 nights 


For TWO people: $616 per person for 4 nights 


For THREE people: $558 per person for 4 nights 


For ONE Child (after two adults): $430/4 nights

The room categories listed above were selected by William and Jillian for their contracted room block. There are only a certain number of rooms available and are on a first-come, first-serve basis. 

 

Trip Deposit & Payment Schedule

  • $150 is due to hold your room (plus insurance if you go with that) 
  • July 15th, 2022 is the deadline to get a room from the room block. Any reservations requested after that date are based on availability and not guaranteed.
  • The full payment of your trip is due by September 28th, 2022
  • Additional payments towards your balance can be made at any time (monthly) by contacting Denise at [email protected]

 

Passports:

Very Important: You must have a passport to travel to Punta Cana. It must be valid till June of 2023

Reservation Dates

  • Room Block is Dec 1-5th, 2022
  • Ceremony: Friday, December 2nd, 2022
  • Depart: Monday December 5th, 2022
  • There is a 3-night minimum for this room block.
  • Additional nights can be added, based on resort availability

 

Adding Additional Nights

If you would like to arrive earlier than Thursday,  December 1st, or stay past Monday, December 5th, 2022, please let us know when you fill out the room reservation form. If you would like to travel outside of those dates we just need to confirm availability. This can take up to 14 days to confirm.

Excluded in Price:

  • Airfare – You are responsible for reserving your own flights
  • Trip Insurance – I highly recommend getting trip insurance, but you have the option to decline when filling out the room reservation form. (Learn more about insurance here).

To be considered a part of William & Jillians wedding group, you must book through this group room block and not through any other method (even directly with the hotel). We offer competitive group rates and have secured a room block to make this as easy as possible.

 

Reservation Cancellation Policy

If you do not purchase the travel insurance and have to cancel your reservation you may still have to pay a partial penalty up to the full amount of your reservation plus the $100 per person cancellation fee.

If you purchased the travel insurance and have to cancel you will be refunded the amount according to the travel insurance guidelines minus the cost of the non-refundable insurance, but you are still responsible for the $100 per person cancellation fee.

If you cancel your reservation by August 1st, 2022 you are only responsible for the insurance if you paid for that. 

If you cancel your reservation after September 28th, 2022, you are responsible for 100% or your room total If you have travel insurance you can file a claim to get a refund based on their terms.

Susan's Travel Services is not an agent of the Hotel and has no control over refund policies and other rules mandated by the Hotel.

When filling out the registration form, make sure you are entering names as they appear on your passport. The names on your passports must match your airline tickets exactly. Passports must be valid for 6 months after travel.

Once I receive your registration form, I will put your room on hold and send you an invoice that will require your approval. As soon as you have approved the invoice, I will place a deposit on your trip and get your trip booked.

It is time to check your passports to make sure you know where they are and that they have not expired. It is important to know that since you’re traveling out of the country, a valid passport might not be enough to allow you to board your flight or cruise ship. It might expire too soon to meet the foreign country’s requirements.

Payment Plans!

You don't have to pay all at once! Book early and take advantage of the Easy Monthly Payment Plan.

It is interest-free! All you have to do is send an email to [email protected] after you make your initial payment. Please tell us what date, and how much you want to pay till final payment. We make monthly payments on the credit card.

Room Reservations FAQ'S!

DO YOU OFFER TRAVEL INSURANCE?

Yes. We offer “Cancel for ANY reason” insurance with your room block. It is the only insurance that will cover COVID! It covers cancellation up to 48 hours BEFORE you travel and you get back 75% of the cost of the trip. If not, we also sell insurance that is canceled for "covered reason" ask us how! Contact Susan Green and her Team!

DO YOU BOOK AIRFARE?

No. We do not do air for the trip as many of you use miles and other options, but we suggest using Google Flights or the HOPPER app to track flights. Please email Susan, our travel advisor with your flights once you have them booked so she can help with transfers.

CAN I ADD SOMEONE TO MY ROOM?

Yes. You can always add a person to your room after your reservation has been made as long as it doesn’t go above the room occupancy limit. If you’re waiting to make a reservation because you’re not sure if someone will be with you in the room, we suggest you go ahead and secure your reservation now and then add them later.

CAN I SWITCH THE PERSON IN MY ROOM?

Yes. Just send Susan an email with the name of the guest to be removed along with the name (as it appears on their passport) of the new guest, their birthday, and email address. Once Susan has this information, she will make the adjustment.

OH NO! SOMETHING HAPPENED AND I CANNOT MAKE IT. WHAT DO I DO?

If you can’t make it to the wedding, send Susan an email (she has to have it in writing) letting her know you need to cancel your reservation. She will then email you a confirmation. If you cancel before September 28th, 2022 they will refund you your deposit (minus insurance).

I WOULD LIKE TO STAY AN ADDITIONAL NIGHT BEFORE/AFTER THE ROOM BLOCK. HOW DO I DO THIS?

If you would like to stay for additional nights, please ask Susan Green our travel advisor and she will request them for you.

ELECTRONIC DOCUMENTS

You will receive your electronic documents for travel 20 days before the departure date. 

CHANGES TO THE TRIP? 

There are no changes to any part of the trip within the last 15 days before departure (unless you have insurance) -No name changes, date changes are allowed during this time.

Having travel protection is definitely important and I recommend it for everyone. I personally buy it for trips. However, the option to add travel insurance is solely for your convenience. Depending on the option you select it may cover trip cancellation and many other things like unexpected medical expenses, baggage, and flight delays.

There are different kinds of policies to choose from and since I’m not an insurance agent and therefore cannot answer questions regarding any travel insurance policies I have found that this is the easiest way to compare them.
