Hello!

It is time to make plans for our escape!  Because we have a year to make up, we will need to party twice as hard at our group event, Steve Brownell in Mexico, Last Shot Again 2022, Sponsored by Dockers Waterfront Bar and Restaurant!  

We are holding rooms at the adults only, all-inclusive El Dorado Royale, a Gourmet Inclusive Resort by Karisma located in Riviera Maya, Mexico just south of the Cancun airport.   Let's get this party started!

Dates and Information

• Dates:  Tuesday, February 15 through Friday, February 18, 2022
• Location:  El Dorado Royale, Riviera Maya, Mexico
• Airport:  Cancun International Airport (CUN)

Our group event dates are February 15 through 18, 2022, however, we have a range of contracted rates if you wish to arrive early or stay longer.  Three night minimum stay is required.

Mexico Travel Requirements

• U.S. Citizens traveling to and from Mexico by air must present a valid passport book (not card) when leaving and/or re-entering the United States.   Your passport book must be valid for at least 6 months after your return travel date.  www.travel.state.gov
• Current policy, subject to change.  Dated:  February 17, 2021.  At present, the CDC requires proof of negative COVID-19 test or recovery from COVID-19 within the last 90 days of travel for all air passengers arriving in the United States.  You will need to get tested no more than 3 days before you travel by air into the United States and show your negative test result to the airline before you board your flight.  Our resort is currently providing the initial antigen testing on property for no additional fee as long as the CDC requirement is in effect.   www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019/travelers-international-air-travelers.html
• Vaccines are currently NOT required.  Requirements are subject to change.

Rates are based on double occupancy per room:

Room rates are quoted in US dollars, per room, per night, all-inclusive of meals and beverages.  Rates are for accommodation only, unless otherwise stated below.  Group block is currently 50 rooms in 3 categories listed below.  Group space and room categories are limited and subject to selling out.

Additional charges may apply for extra guests and solo occupants.

Room assignment will be subject to hotel availability.  Specific bedding types are not guaranteed.

Rates include current Hotel & Government taxes are are subject to change without notice, with the exception of the newly imposed Quintana Roo tourism tax (VISITAX).  As of April 1, 2021, the state of Quintana Roo will be requiring all foreign tourists to pay a tax of $244 Mexican pesos (around $11 USD).  Payment can be made prior to travel, upon arrival or during the stay.  The tax will be imposed upon departure.  Every tourist departing the state of Quintana Roo must show their proof of payment at the airport prior to boarding.

The government of the Municipality of Benito Juarex Quintana Roo has added an Environmental Tax, which is the payment for the environmental sanitation right, applicable to all visitors per room, per night.  Tax of $26 Mexican pesos, (approximately $1.40 USD) per room, per night.  This tax will be paid directly to the resort at time of stay.

• Initial room deposit is $250, plus insurance, if adding.
• Final room payment is due October 28, 2021.
• Once booked, no room cancellation fees until October 28, 2021.  (Airfare cancellation subject to terms of airline.)
• October 29, 2021-January 3, 2022, cancellation penalty is $125 per room.
• After January 3, 2022 cancellation penalty is 100%.

Additional costs:

Airfare can be booked through Krafty Travel or on own.  Airfare is an additional expense.  Payment is due at time of airline reservation.

Private group round-trip transfers in destination  INCLUDED in pricing.

Travel insurance, Optional: Classic Vacations Group Protection Plan, begins at $80 per person, varies depending on trip costs.
