Please note that although the official conference dates are November 3-6, these rates are available from October 31st - November 9th, subject to availability. Feel free to come early or stay later- you deserve a vacation after the last couple of years! Should you wish to stay additional nights outside of the official conference dates of November 3-6, please allow a few extra days for confirmation from the hotel.
***As you may or may not be aware, travel is back in a huge way, and securing 50 rooms for a conference in a post-covid world has been challenging. As such, we may not be able to get additional rooms once this room block is sold out. So, please make sure to book early to ensure you get a room. Our last three conferences have sold out, and demand to travel is high!
Rates below indicate the total cost per room for three nights - November 3rd-6th - and include shared transfers to and from the airport. Single rate means one adult in the room, double rate is for two adults in the room, Triple rate is for three adults in the room. Children's pricing is per child and is for the entire three nights.

What about flights?
I encourage everyone to book their own flights so they can have the schedule and airline of their choosing. Also, airlines are currently very flexible rescheduling policies if you book directly with them. The airport to fly into is Cancun (code: CUN)
How do I get between the airport and resort?
Your shared round trip transfer to and from the resort is included in the pricing above. As we get closer to your departure, I will be requesting your airline information so I can set up your ground transportation.
Trip Protection
Trip protection is highly recommended, especially after the last few years of travel uncertainty. For the best coverage, which includes a cancel for any reason benefit, trip protection must be purchased within 21 days of your payment, and is non-refundable. Once your reservation is received, you will receive a personalized trip protection quote, based on your total trip cost.

Ready to book? Click here to submit your reservation request. Reservation requests are processed during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 9am until 5pm Central Standard Time. Reservations received outside of normal business hours will be processed on the next business day. The deadline to reserve your room is August 16th, 2022. All reservations must be paid in full. There is no $200 deposit only option.
**PLEASE NOTE** - We are strongly advising everyone to book their rooms ASAP for this conference as we were only able to hold 50 rooms due to strong demand for travel to Mexico. As such, once these rooms are gone, we may not be able to get additional rooms. The last three previous conferences in Costa Rica, Jamaica, and Cabo San Lucas have all sold out, so get your rooms now so you don't miss out!
Passports
PRO TIP: PLEASE check the expiration date on your passports now. Your passport MUST be valid for 6 months after the date you return to the US, so verify your passport is good through May 2023. Wait times for new passports and renewals of your passports are long right now due to government employees working from home, so please do yourselves a favor and take a look now. If you need to renew or apply for a passport, doing so now will avoid stress later.
